These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Rudiments Trainer (the "Service") operated by Dolce Lab ("we", "us", "our").

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and account activity.

3. Prohibited Conduct

• Any conduct violating laws or public order
• Any action that interferes with operation of the Service
• Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or scraping
• Any infringement of rights of us or third parties

4. Paid Plans

• Paid plans are subscriptions.
• Mobile app subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You can cancel through your app store account settings.
• Pricing, billing timing, cancellation, and refunds follow the Commercial Disclosure page.
• Payments are processed through Stripe on the Web, Google Play on Android, and the Apple App Store on iOS.

5. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to us or our licensors.

6. Changes and Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service with prior or subsequent notice.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Courts with jurisdiction over our principal office will have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
